LEAD NOW Series

BUILD YOUR TEAM’S TRUST TO ACHIEVE RESULTS

Leadership is about people and performance. Trust without results is unacceptable and results without trust is unsustainable. These elements work together to produce leadership that motivates and inspires great performance.

The stakes have never been higher to get leadership right, and the cost has never been greater for getting it wrong. Anyone in a leadership position - not just leaders at the top, but leaders at every level will benefit from this series.

  • SESSION ONE – Tuesday, Oct. 1
The three-session series begins with an overview of the proven Lead [Now!] system. Participants will discuss the importance of building trust. Just as important, they’ll examine keys to maintaining trust once it’s been built.
  • SESSION TWO – Tuesday, Oct. 15
In this session, participants will continue to explore the leadership foundation of Trust. Leaders build trust through character, competence and connection. These three disciplines will be examined in detail.
  • SESSION THREE – Tuesday, Oct. 29
In the final session, participants will move from the foundation of trust, and focus on achieving results. Leaders achieve results through clarity, accountability and support.
